The Head of the Centre

The Head of the Centre is responsible for the day to day operation of the Centre. Mr Shen Weichun was appointed by the Steering Committee decision as Head of the Beijing Research Centre. 

Mr Shen Weichun is the Deputy Secretary General of China Electricity Council; Director of the Electric Power Development Research Institute; Director of the Technical and Economic Consulting Centre of Electric Power Construction; Director General of the China Electric Power Project Cost Administration; Senior Engineer.
