Investment Arbitration in Pratice

The International Energy Charter (under the Japanese Chairmanship), the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce (SCC), the Permanent Court of Arbitration (PCA) and Waseda University are organizing a joint workshop on Monday 22 August 2016 at Waseda Nihonbashi Campus (Tokyo).

The Workshop will guide participants through the main stages of an SCC and PCA arbitration from a very practical perspective and in direct discussion with participants.

The workshop will also explain and discuss the issue of determination of damages (when to involve experts, which methods to use…).
