Energy Charter Treaty Forum - Singapore

On November 20, 2019, the Permanent Court of Arbitration will host the Energy Charter Treaty (ETC) Forum in Singapore. The ECT Forum is an annual event and is jointly organised by the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID), the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce, the Energy Charter Secretariat , and the Permanent Court of Arbitration.
The 2019 ECT Forum will address the following topics “THE PROMISE OF ARBITRATION: Enhancing International Peace, Cooperation, and Sustainability through Dispute Settlement”.
