A Workshop on Investment Climate of the Kyrgyz Republic was jointly organised by the Embassy of the Kyrgyz Republic to the Kingdom of Belgium and the Energy Charter Secretariat on 19 November 2015 in Brussels. The aim of the workshop was to illustrate the path of the economic reforms undertaken by the Kyrgyz Government in order to establish a stable and predictable investment climate.

On 6 November 2015, the Energy Charter Secretariat Knowledge Centre concluded the Seventh session of its Executive Training Programmes series. At a closing ceremony, a group of 30 young professionals from all around the world received a Certificate of Excellence for having successfully completed the three-day long intensive training in energy investment mediation and conciliation held at the Energy Charter Secretariat in Brussels.

The Energy Charter Strategy Group held its fourth meeting in 2015 on 22 October 2015 at the premises of the Energy Charter Secretariat in Brussels.

The Energy Charter Trade and Transit Group held its third meeting in 2015 from 14:00 on 21 October 2015 at the premises of the Energy Charter Secretariat in Brussels.

The fourth meeting of the Energy Charter Working Group on Procedural Issues took place on 21 October 2015 at the premises of the Energy Charter Secretariat in Brussels.

The Energy Charter Budget Committee held its fourth and last meeting in 2015 on 20 October 2015 at the premises of the Energy Charter Secretariat in Brussels.

The Energy Charter PEEREA Working Group held its second meeting in 2015 from 14:00 on 19 October 2015 at the premises of the Energy Charter Secretariat in Brussels.

On 19 October 2015, the Energy Charter Secretariat continued welcoming new signatories to the International Energy Charter, adopted by 75 parties in May 2015 at The Hague Ministerial Conference on the International Energy Charter. Important energy economies have joined the Energy Charter Process by adopting this declaration such as China, Iran, Republic of Korea in addition to the Contracting parties of the Energy Charter Treaty.
