In his presentation at the round table on the reform of the oil and gas sector organised by NJSC Naftogaz Ukrainy, Florian Encke, Senior Expert at the Energy Charter Secretariat, underlined the high relevance of the developments in the energy sector of Ukraine for the Energy Charter, as well as the role of the Energy Charter in supporting the modernisation of Ukraine's gas transit system and upstream investment.
