The Sixth Ukrainian Energy Sector Damage Assessment report is now available online. The report outlines new and updated information on how the war affected the Ukrainian energy system and covers damages inflicted on all energy sector facilities by the invading Russian military forces since February 24, 2022 and key changes in the Ukrainian energy sector since December 21, 2022 and January 24, 2023.

The report was prepared by the Task Force under the project, “Cooperation for Restoring the Ukrainian Energy Infrastructure”, which is funded by the European Commission and implemented by the Energy Charter Secretariat.
