Dr Konoplyanik made his presentation on "Russian-Ukrainian cooperation in the gas sphere: Pricing, Prices and the Role of the Energy Charter" in which he presented the major findings of the Energy Charter's study on International Pricing Mechanisms for Oil and Gas (released in March 2007) in relation to the pricing of Russian gas exports.

At the Forum, the Deputy Secretary General also provided an interview to the magazine "Expert-Ukraine" (in Russian) on the Energy Charter and its cooperation with Ukraine, and on international pricing mechanisms for oil and gas.
