On the margins of the Energy Charter Conference Ministerial Session on 4 December 2015 in Tbilisi, Georgia, the Energy Charter Secretary General Dr. Urban Rusnák also met with Mr. Dan Zoumi Maman Laouali, the Deputy Secretary General of the Ministry of Energy and Oil of Niger, Mr. Satry Nugraha, the Secretary General of the National Energy Council of Indonesia, Mr. Yuval Fuchs, the Ambassador of Israel to Georgia, Mr. Valentin Branzea, the Secretary of State of Energy of Romania, Mr. Mahmoud Alees, the Adviser to the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources of Jordan, and Mr. Mohammed Al-Kwakabani, the Deputy Minister of Electricity and Energy of Yemen. These meetings were the opportunity to have an exchange regarding the national paths towards the observership and the accession to the Energy Charter Treaty.
