On 11 September 2026, in accordance with Article 42(4) of the Energy Charter Treaty (ECT), the Republic of Croatia deposited with the Energy Charter Secretariat, in its capacity as the Depositary of the ECT on an interim basis, an instrument of ratification of the amendments to the ECT adopted at the 35th Statutory Session of the Energy Charter Conference, held on 3 December 2024 in Brussels.

The instrument of ratification bears the signature of the President of the Republic of Croatia and is dated 10 August 2026.
