They discussed bilateral cooperation issues between Afghanistan and the Secretariat, including deeper involvement of relevant energy officials in the Energy Charter Process, and the implementation of infrastructure projects such as TAPI (Turkmenistan–Afghanistan–Pakistan–India Pipeline) and CASA-1000. The Secretary General updated the delegation on the ongoing activities of the Secretariat, capacity building and technical assistance opportunities.
