The Eleventh Ukrainian Energy Sector Damage Assessment report is now available online. The report outlines new and updated information on how the war affected the Ukrainian energy system and covers damages inflicted on all energy sector facilities by the invading Russian military forces since February 24, 2022, and key changes in the Ukrainian energy sector from May 25 to June 24, 2023.

The report was prepared by the Task Force under the project, “Cooperation for Restoring the Ukrainian Energy Infrastructure”, which is funded by the European Commission and implemented by the Energy Charter Secretariat.
