LAUNCH OF THE 6TH ENERGY INVESTMENT RISK ASSESSMENT REPORT

The Energy Charter Secretariat is pleased to present the sixth edition of its flagship publication - Energy Investment Risk Assessment (EIRA 2023). The report evaluates legal and regulatory risks to energy investments in 15 countries spanning Africa, Asia, the Americas and Europe.
EIRA 2023 will be launched in online format via Zoom Webinar platform on 4th December 2023 at 13:00 (CET).
The presentation of EIRA 2023 will be followed by interventions from high-level speakers representing governments, the energy industry, legal experts, international financial institutions, and academia.
