The Energy Charter Secretariat cordially congratulates Mr Rafael Cayuela on the new position and looks forward to working with him in his new capacity.

The Energy Charter Secretary General and the Secretariat staff express gratitude to Mr Howard Chase, Chair of the Industry Advisory Panel since its inception in 2004, for his tireless commitment, his inclusive way of chairing and the invaluable cooperation.
