On 27 August 2025, the Republic of Austria delivered to the Energy Charter Secretariat, in its capacity as the Depositary of the Energy Charter Treaty on an interim basis, a communication in relation to paragraph 2 of the Energy Charter Conference Decision CCDEC 2024 15 GEN.
