The Secretariat issues this Call for Tender for the appointment of an independent External Auditor to carry out the annual audit of the Secretariat, in accordance with the Secretariat's "Terms of Reference governing the External Auditor", appended to the Secretariat's Financial Rules and Implementing Instructions.
