On 19th April, H.E. Mr MASAKI Yasushi, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Japan to the European Union, hosted an informal working dinner to conclude the first day of the 12th Round of Negotiations of the Modernisation of the Energy Charter Treaty. The dinner was attended by Secretary-General Guy Lentz, Deputy Secretary-General Atsuko Hirose, the Chair and Vice-Chairs of the Modernisation Group, as well the delegates who attended the negotiations in person.
