On 13 March 2025, Acting Secretary-General, Ms. Atsuko Hirose, attended a reception to celebrate the Independence Day of Bosnia and Herzegovina hosted by H.E. Mr. Erol Avdović, Ambassador of Bosnia and Herzegovina to the Kingdom of Belgium and Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. 

The event was also attended by ambassadors of the member states of the Energy Charter Treaty, including H.E. Ms. Aiga Liepiņa, Ambassador of the Republic of Latvia, H.E. Mr. Dainius Petras Kamaitis, Ambassador of the Republic of Lithuania, H.E. Ms. Susanne Shine, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Denmark, H.E. Mr. Kevin Conmy, Ambassador of Ireland, H.E. Mr. Faruk Kaymakci, Ambassador of the Republic of Türkiye to the European Union, H.E. Mr. Gayrat Fazilov, Ambassador of the Republic of Uzbekistan, H.E. Mr Tigran Balayan, Ambassador of the Republic of Armenia, H.E. Vanni Xuereb, Ambassador of the Republic of Malta and H.E. Mr. Masahiro Mikami, Ambassador of Japan to the Kingdom of Belgium.
