The Energy Charter Conference Adopts Decisions on the Modernisation of the Energy Charter Treaty

The Energy Charter Secretariat is pleased to announce that on 3 December 2024, the Energy Charter Conference adopted and approved the following decisions on the modernisation of the Energy Charter Treaty (ECT) at the Statutory Session of its 35th Meeting:
